On January 2nd, 2014, publishing house Bloomsbury released Philip Crandall‘s new book about Andrew W.K.’s “I Get Wet” album, as part of their 33 1/3 book series! The book is an extremely in-depth look behind the scenes at the making of the album, and involved the writer interviewing Andrew at length, as well as dozens and dozens of other people involved in the early years of the Andrew W.K. phenomenon. Part critical review, part historical document, and part technical exploration, the official “I Get Wet” book is the first time anyone has delved this deep into Andrew’s debut album.
